About
HI THERE!
I'm Shannon, Pastor's wife and mother of 4 precious children.
I was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, moved to Arkansas for a year once I graduated high school where I went through an intense season of my life in my pursuit after Christ. During that year I went through missions training, traveled to Mexico, Hong Kong, Beijing and the Philippines, completed a triathlon, hiked a mountain and learned to count the cost in my decision to follow Christ, even if that meant losing my life for the sake of the gospel.
My husband and I met in 2007, got married August 3rd 2008 and 3 days later moved to Dallas, Texas to attend bible college. Since then we've moved 8 times in 9 years and have had many crazy ideas of the type of home we've wanted to live in including an RV, a tiny home, and even a canvas tent. For now, God has settled us here in Colorado, with a normal home and we truly love it here. We've had the chance to travel to India together and look forward to more adventures.
This blog is a place for me to share about our lives, the endless amounts of pictures I seem to take and also to share about products I've had the opportunity to review. Thanks for stopping by!
